Fusilli Ortaggi - Fusilli sautéed with olive oil, garlic, crushed red pepper, broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms and diced tomato

Fusilli Pesto - Fusilli sautéed with a blend of basil, garlic, pine nuts and olive oil

Flounder filet - Grilled flounder filet served in a white wine lemon caper sauce

Chicken Marsala - Boneless breast of chicken sautéed in a Marsala wine sauce with cremini mushrooms
