Baby shrimp Sautee - Baby shrimp sautéed in a brandy cream sauce

Third Course: Salads

Mozzarella salad - Mixed greens, diced tomatoes, mozzarella balls, roasted peppers, olives and salsamic vinaigrette

Caesar Salad - Romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing and croutons

Gorgonzola Salad - Baby arugula, raspberry vinaigrette dressing, gorgonzola cheese, croutons and walnuts

Fourth Course: Pasta

Penne Ortaggi - Penne pasta sautéed with asparagus, broccoli, tomatoes and mushrooms in garlic and olive oil

Penne Pomodoro - Penne pasta sautéed in a tomato basil sauce

Rigatoni Ragu - Rigatoni pasta sautéed in a veal and ground beef tomato, tomato, garlic white wine sauce

Fusilli with Pesto Sauce - Fusilli pasta sautéed in a fresh olvie oil, garlic, basil, pine nut sauce

Fusilli with Baby Shrimp - Fujsilli pasta sautéed with baby shrimp and served in a light brandy cream sauce

Penne Gorgonzola - Penne pasta sautéed with gorgonzola cheese, capers, smoked salmon and aurora cream sauce

Fifth Course: Meat and Fish

Served with sautéed vegetables medley or suteed escarole

Chicken Marsala - Boneless chicken breast sautéed i n a Marsala wine sauce with sundried tomatoes

Chicken Breaset Cacciatore - Boneless chicken breast simmered in a light tomato white wine sauce with diced celery, carrots and onions

Grilled Shrimp and Scallops - Jumbo shrimp an sea scallops brushed with oil, garlic and fresh herbs

Veal Involtini - Veal rolled with proscuitto and provolone cheese in a white wine demiglace with mushrooms.

Bistecca - Thinly sliced filet of beef sautéed with fresh broccoli, asparagus and herbs

Grilled Salmon Filet - Grilled salmon with a side of salmoriglio sauce

Grilled Tilapia - Grilled tilapia served with lobster cream sauce and fresh basil

Sixth Course: Desserts

Cheesecake - New York style with strawberry sauce

Tartufo - Cappuccino ice cream surrounded by a dark chocolate shell in a pool of chocolate ganache

Limoncello - Lemon gelato with a lemon center surrounded by meringue and lemon crunchies
