Booking:
- Trattoria San Nicola can accommodate parties of from 12 to 70 persons
- No deposit is required for booking
- A guaranteed count is required 48 hours prior to the function
- A room fee is not applicable in most cases. Some restrictions apply. See the manager for complete details and the room fee policy.
- A function contract will be sent to you, along with the room fee policy
- Signed and dated contracts must be returned for confirmation of your function.
Menu Options:
- Our Family Style Dinner Menu is available for parties from 15 to 70 persons.
- A limited menu may be created for your party by choosing items from our regular dinner or lunch menus.
- We will be pleased to help create a menu that suits your tastes and budget.
- Lunch menu items are available for luncheons only.

Bar Options:
- All alcoholic drinks pricing is by consumption only, and will be added to the check unless other arrangements are made in advance.
- Wine service is offered by our serving staff.
- Wine selections are requested when choosing a menu.
Extras:
- Bakery cakes may be brought in to help celebrate your event. Please inquire about this option when booking your party.
- Centerpieces, favors and displays are always welcome. Please remember to discuss this when booking your party.
- Please indicate whether you require a table for place cards, gifts, cake, etc.
- Decorations are not permitted to be hung from the walls or ceiling.
- An attended coatroom is available in season. Hanging coats on backs of chairs is regarded as a hazard and is not permitted.
